Women’s Life Coaching & Wellbeing Find Your People. Find Yourself. Find Where You Belong.
BELONG is a transformational 10-week WOMEN’S LIFE COACHING & WELLBEING programme designed to help women reconnect with themselves and others in a safe, supportive and uplifting environment. Through meaningful conversations, movement, life coaching and wellbeing activities, women are encouraged to build confidence, develop healthier habits and form genuine friendships within their community.
2: Belong
Young Women & GirlsSupporting Young Women to Build Confidence, Connection and Wellbeing
BELONG YOUNG WOMEN & GIRLS is a supportive and empowering programme created for young women aged 16+ who may be navigating important life transitions, struggling with confidence, feeling isolated or looking for stronger support around wellbeing and personal growth.
3: Bespoke Programmes for AdultsTailored Support for Your Community
Alongside our core programmes, EVOLVE also delivers bespoke wellbeing, life coaching, physical activity and personal development sessions for schools, colleges, organisations and community groups.
